Kitchen Porter to join the team. the successful candidate will be
available for both midweek and week end shifts. The role will be
working as part of a team in a busy kitchen assisting in the day to
day running of the catering area. Along with the kitchen management
team complying with all hygiene and health and safety programmes and
regulations. Duties: Help the chefs with basic food preparation and
with service, and also strictly adhere strictly to the HACCP plan in
place. Assist in the waste management/recycling programme in the
kitchen areas Keeping kitchen equipment (sinks, shelves, ovens, etc.)
clean and tidy. Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and
sanitised Deep-cleaning at the end of each shift. Cleaning of large
Pot and other kitchen equipment Intermediate level of English
